As an associate at Infante Zumpano, Giselle Ortiz Del Amo focuses her practice on general corporate and transactional matters. Giselle is known for establishing deep relationships with our corporate clients, who have come to rely upon her quick response and practical approach to resolving their day-to-day corporate and commercial needs.

Her corporate practice includes broad experience in the formation and structuring of corporate entities and limited liability companies, mergers, as well as the negotiation and preparation of corporate formation documents including shareholder’s agreement and operating agreements. She also represents clients in the negotiation and preparation of contracts including employment related agreements and confidentiality, non-competition, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements.

Giselle is also a member of the firm’s Data Privacy and Security Law Group. Her experience includes providing both national and international clients with the guidance necessary to ensure their compliance with data privacy laws. A well known privacy authority, Giselle co-authors the Privacy Tracker, a weekly privacy legislation commentary for the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and has also developed considerable experience in Latin American Data Privacy matters, and has covered Mexican data privacy developments for the Bureau of National Affairs, Inc.’s Privacy and Security Law Report.
