José focuses his practice on personal injury matters, premises liability and workers compensation defense, civil and employment litigation matters, and U.S. Federal Immigration Law.
While at the Firm, José has led the successful representation of various well know clients – CNA Insurance, Co., Starwood Hotels, Loyds of London Insurance Co., and the Regis HR Group, Inc. – in matters stemming from Premises Liability, Personal Injury, Employment Discrimination and Immigration matters. In Civil matters, José specializes in Complex/General Commercial disputes, Insurance Defense, Real Estate disputes, Insurance Coverage matters, Commercial Landlord/Tenant disputes, Negligence Claims, Business Tort Litigation, Breach of Contract Litigation and Employment Discrimination matters. In matters involving U.S. Immigration Law, José counsel’s and facilitates foreign corporate clients with the application of various immigrant and non-immigrant applications, as well as, matters involving Citizenship, Deportation and Asylum matters.
José is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, as well as, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

- Loyds of London – Led the defense of various EEOC claims against hospitality establishments and personal employer organizations either located in or engaging in significant business in Miami, Florida.
