Raul has acquired a broad experience in litigation as former in house counsel to an insurance company and developer as well as representing community associations, developers, general contractors, sub-contractors, material suppliers, and homeowners in real estate disputes. In addition, Raul has been involved in numerous complex multi-million dollar cases between commercial lenders and borrowers.
An experienced trial attorney, Raul has tried several matters on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, in a wide variety of actions. Prior to joining Infante Zumpano, Raul was in house counsel to the Merco Group and its related entities.
